Our Story

Sand Creek Whitetail is a family-run whitetail deer breeding operation located along Sand Creek in St. George, Kansas. Nestled in the rolling Flint Hills, our facility is built on a passion for whitetail deer and a commitment to producing top-tier genetics.

We focus on selecting and pairing deer with proven bloodlines to produce offspring with exceptional antler characteristics, strong body conformation, and sound health. Every decision we make — from nutrition to pen design to breeding pairs — is driven by the goal of raising the best deer we can.

Industry Involvement

We are active members of the Kansas Elk and Deer Association (KEDA). Jake Lamb has served in leadership roles within the organization, including as Director-at-Large and Vice President, working to support and advocate for the captive cervid industry in Kansas.

Our Facility

Our pens and facilities are designed with deer health and comfort in mind. We maintain strict biosecurity protocols and work closely with veterinarians to ensure the well-being of every animal in our care.
